As one of Morocco’s historic capitals, Meknes is home to impressive landmarks such as Bab Al-Mansour (an iconic monumental gate), the Sahrij Souani Basin (an ancient water reservoir), and the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum. After enjoying some free time for lunch, you’ll continue your journey to Volubilis, where you can marvel at the well-preserved ruins of an ancient Roman city, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. The site features spectacular mosaics, towering columns, and impressive archways. From here, you’ll drive north through the Rif Mountains to Chefchaouen, the famous Blue City, where every building and alleyway is painted in various shades of blue. Spend the evening exploring this tranquil and picturesque town. Overnight in Chefchaouen.

After a leisurely breakfast in Chefchaouen, you’ll have some free time to wander through its charming blue streets. Then, your journey continues to Rabat, the capital of Morocco, located on the Atlantic coast. In Rabat, you’ll visit several must-see landmarks, including the towering Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Kasbah of Oudaya, a historical fortress with beautiful gardens and panoramic views of the ocean. After exploring Rabat, you’ll have some free time to enjoy a relaxed lunch before continuing your adventure. Overnight stay in Rabat.

On Day 3, you’ll head south towards Casablanca, Morocco’s largest city, known as the economic and cultural hub of the country. In Casablanca, you’ll visit the majestic Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world, and stroll along the Casablanca Corniche, a picturesque coastal promenade. Afterward, you’ll drive inland to Marrakech, one of Morocco’s most iconic cities, often referred to as the Red City because of its terracotta-colored buildings. In the evening, you’ll have free time to explore Jemaa El-Fna, the famous main square filled with street performers, food stalls, and bustling energy. Overnight stay in a hotel or riad in Marrakech.

After breakfast, your local guide will take you on a detailed tour of Marrakech, starting with the beautiful Bahia Palace and the serene Saadian Tombs. You’ll also visit the Ben Youssef Quranic School, an ancient Islamic school, and wander through the city’s traditional souk, where you can find a variety of local handicrafts, spices, and textiles. After a break for lunch near Jemaa El-Fna, you’ll continue to the Koutoubia Mosque, the largest in Marrakech, and the serene Majorelle Garden, once owned by Yves Saint Laurent. The day ends with more free time to explore Jemaa El-Fna at your own pace. Overnight stay in Marrakech.

On Day 5, you’ll leave Marrakech early and drive through the stunning High Atlas Mountains, passing through the scenic Tizi-n-Tichka Pass. Along the way, you’ll stop at Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site that has appeared in many famous films, including Gladiator and Game of Thrones. The ancient kasbah is a stunning example of traditional Moroccan architecture, with its fortified walls and towering structures.
