Day by Day Itinerary
Pick-up from your hotel in Agadir (7:00–8:00 AM). Drive east through the fertile Souss Valley to Taroudant — often called the "Small Marrakech" with its magnificent 16th-century ramparts, lively medina, and authentic Berber souk. Continue through the dramatic Tizi-n-Test mountain pass (2092m) — one of the highest and most spectacular roads in Morocco with breathtaking views of the High Atlas peaks. Descend into the valley to Ouarzazate — the "Hollywood of Africa." Visit the Taourirt Kasbah (the largest family kasbah in Morocco, once home to the Glaoui tribe) and optional CLA Film Studios where Lawrence of Arabia, Gladiator, and Game of Thrones were filmed. Overnight in Ouarzazate.

After breakfast, visit the UNESCO Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou — the most iconic and most-filmed location in Morocco (Gladiator, Game of Thrones, The Mummy, Babel). Continue east along the magnificent Draa Valley — Morocco's longest river valley, lined with thousands of date palms, ancient kasbahs, and traditional Berber villages. Pass through Zagora (gateway to the Sahara) and continue to Merzouga. Arrive for a magical sunset camel trek into the golden Erg Chebbi dunes. Traditional Moroccan dinner, live Gnawa music around the campfire, and overnight under a spectacular star-filled sky in the luxury Berber desert camp.

Rise before dawn for the magical Sahara sunrise over the Erg Chebbi dunes. Breakfast in the camp. Return on camels or 4×4 to Merzouga. Visit Rissani — the historic capital of the Tafilalet and birthplace of the Alaouite dynasty, with its famous bustling souk. Drive back west along the Draa Valley to Ouarzazate. Continue either back to Agadir via Tizi-n-Test (~5h) or to Marrakech via Tizi-n-Tichka (~3h). Drop-off at your chosen destination. Tour ends.
